The HR Admin Dashboard is your Admin homepage to view the list of Shared Leave Plans and Leave Plan activity and data. You cannot see Employee names for any data that displays for Confidential Leave Plans but can see the counts on the report tiles at the top of the Dashboard.
You automatically land on the HR Admin Dashboard page after entering your login credentials. You have robust filtering, sorting and search capabilities to view the Shared Leave Plan list.

In What Order Does the List of Shared Leave Plans Display?
On the HR Admin Dashboard page, the list of Shared Leave Plans display in a specific order when you first log in.
Shared Leave Plan Display Order
All Leave Plans in each category below display from the oldest to newest Requested Leave Start Date.
Leave Plans with an orange action icon display at the top of the list. The Leave Plans with the orange action icon can display for two different statuses - Shared status and Leave Completed status.
Leave Plans in Shared status that have recently been shared
If you have Notifications turned on so that you receive weekly Shared Leave Plan reminders, you will also see a Notification for the same Leave Plans when you click the Bell notifications icon
Leave Plans in Leave Completed status
If you don't open a newly shared Leave Plan before the Requested Leave End Date, then the Status changes to Leave Completed and the orange action icon still displays

Leave Plans in Shared status without the orange action icon - when the orange action icon doesn't display, it means that you've already opened the shared Leave Plan to review it

If you sort the Shared Leave Plan list by column headings or select filters for the Dashboard, the display will change according to the sort and filters selected.
When you log out and log back in, the Dashboard is reset to the order described above if you have set filters or a sort.
