Company Admin points of contact (POCs) receive a new Notification when an Employee

  1. shares their Leave Plan with HR or

  2. updates a Leave Plan (e.g., changes Leave Scenario or Milestone Dates are changed) that has previously been shared with HR

Notifications display in the Notification Bell window. A summary email is sent weekly on Monday to each Company Admin POC for any newly shared or updated Leave Plan Notifications that have not been read during the prior week.

Step 1. Look for the Bell icon next to your name (Profile menu) on the header bar. An

orange circle displays indicating the number of new unread notifications you have

received.

If the orange number circle does not display on top of the bell icon, there are no

new unread notifications.

Step 2. Click the Bell icon to see your unread notifications. The orange circle displayed

next to the notifications indicate they are unread.

Step 3. Choose one of the following actions

  • Click on one of the Notifications to open the Shared Leave Plan associated with the notification

Note When you click one of the notifications that indicate a Leave Plan has been

Shared, the action icon for Shared Leave Plans on the HR Admin Dashboard

Shared Leave Plan list will also disappear once the Leave Plan is opened

  • Select Mark all as read to clear the list of new Notifications

  • Click See All Notifications to view a complete list of new and older notifications

Step 4. If you click See All Notifications the full list of read and unread notifications

display. An orange circle does not display next to unread notifications.

You can click any notification to open an associated Shared Leave Plan or Mark all

as read.

Customizable Notification Settings

Your Customer Success team can help you customize and edit various notification settings for your Company, including details and naming conventions used within Employee User email notifications and Employee notifications that display in-app.

Some notification settings that can be customized

  • Custom Signature - If a custom signature should be applied for user notifications and if yes, how the signature should display within HR Admin related notification emails to Employee users and managers (i.e. notification updates regarding sharing Leave Plans, etc.)

  • Custom Disclaimer - The custom disclaimer message to be displayed within User Notifications and in footer of the Employee User view

  • Custom Application Name - whether a custom application name is to be applied for User Notifications and if yes, how it should display
