Employees are able to archive and/or delete their own Leave Plan. They are also able to create multiple LeavePlans to model different leave scenarios as they plan their leave.

Company Admins with access to Leave Logic and your Leave Logic Support Team also have the ability to archive and delete Shared Leave Plans. This article will help you learn how and when to archive as an HR Admin. Read this article for more details about deleting a Leave Plan (update link).

The Archive feature is not always available for Shared Leave Plans. It is only available for Shared Leave Plans in certain statuses.

How to Archive a Shared Leave Plan

There are two ways to archive a Shared Leave Plan - from the HR Admin Dashboard or the Leave Plan page.

Archive a Leave Plan from the HR Admin Dashboard Page

Step 1. If you are not already on the HR Admin Dashboard page, click the hamburger

menu on the top left and select Dashboard

Step 2. Once on the HR Admin Dashboard page, search for the Shared Leave Plan you

want to archive by scrolling through the list or use the Search by name field to

search.

Search results are narrowed down as you type into the Search by name field. If

scrolling to find the correct Employee's Leave Plan, use the pagination bar at the

top to view more Employees.

Step 3. Once you have found the Employee's Leave Plan you want to archive, click the 3-

dot (ellipses) menu at the end of the row, then select Archive

Step 4. Click Archive to finish archiving the Leave Plan. You can cancel archiving by

clicking Cancel or the x on the top right of the message window.

Step 5. This message displays at the top right corner of the screen to let you know that

your archive was successful

Where Did my Archive Leave Plan Go?

Archived Leave Plans immediately disappear from the Shared Leave Plan list on the HR Admin Dashboard page so that they do not clutter your list. But, you can easily display them by filtering for the Archived Status.

Step 1. Click Filters then select Status and check the Archived checkbox
